Our Services

Whatever your amputation level, expect a hands-on, collaborative process from start to finish. Your feedback guides every stage, from socket design and component selection through to fine-tuning and ongoing adjustments. No cookie-cutter solutions. No rushed fittings. The result is a prosthesis built around your goals, your routine, and the way you live.

Below Knee

The most common type of amputation still requires a personal solution.

Every person's gait, lifestyle, and goals are different. The demands of a construction site aren't the same as a golf course, a gym, or a day spent chasing kids around. That's why we don't start with a standard solution. We start with understanding how you move, what is holding you back, and what you need your prosthesis to do every day.

We focus on socket fit, comfort, suspension, alignment, and component selection to create a prosthesis that feels natural, performs reliably, and supports the way you live.

Above Knee

An above-knee prosthesis asks more of both the person wearing it and the people building it.

With the loss of the knee joint, every decision matters. Comfort, stability, alignment, and control all need to work together to create a prosthesis that feels secure, predictable, and efficient throughout the day. Whether you're walking long distances, navigating stairs, tackling uneven ground, or simply wanting to move with greater confidence, the right setup makes all the difference.

We take the time to get those details right. We look closely at how you move, what challenges you're facing, and what you want your prosthesis to achieve. The goal isn't just to build a prosthesis that works in the clinic, it's to build one that works in the real world.

Knowing that there is no single socket design or prosthetic knee that will work for every above knee amputee, we draw on our extensive experience across a huge variety of socket styles, mechanical and microprocessor knees to find the best combination for you.

Upper Limb

Upper limb prosthetics are highly personal because no two people use their hands in quite the same way.

For some, the priority is returning to work. For others, it's cooking, exercising, driving, using tools, playing an instrument, playing sport, or handling the everyday tasks most people never think twice about.

That's why we start by understanding what you need your prosthesis to do. We look beyond measurements and focus on how you interact with the world, the movements you rely on, and the activities that matter most to you.

From grip patterns and device control through to comfort, durability, and everyday usability, we consider the details that make the difference in real life, not just in the clinic.

Paediatric Prosthetics

Kids don't stand still, and neither do their prosthetic needs.

Growing bodies, changing interests, school, sport, playgrounds, family life. Childhood moves fast, and the right prosthetic solution needs to keep up. Our focus is on building prostheses that support confidence, independence, and participation in all the things that make childhood what it should be: active, adventurous, and fun.

We take the time to understand not only how your child moves today, but how they're growing, developing, and what they want to do next. Whether it's running across a sports field, riding a bike, climbing playground equipment, or simply keeping up with friends, every prosthesis is tailored to the individual child behind it.

Just as importantly, we understand that supporting a child means supporting their family as well.

Our prosthetists are all parents ourselves. We know firsthand the challenges, concerns, and questions that come with helping a child navigate new experiences. We understand that you're not just looking for a prosthesis. You're looking for guidance, reassurance, and a team you can trust to care for your child as if they were our own.

That perspective shapes how we work. We explain things clearly, involve children in the process, celebrate milestones, and build long-term relationships with families as their kids grow. Importantly, we always maintain the fun!

From first fittings through to teenage growth spurts and changing activity levels, we're here for the journey.

Osseointegration

Osseointegration changes the relationship between the prosthesis and the body entirely.

With the prosthesis attached directly to the skeleton, precision becomes even more important. Alignment, component selection, load management, and ongoing optimisation all play a critical role in achieving comfort, stability, and performance over the long term.

Osseointegration requires experience, collaboration, careful planning, and a commitment to continual refinement as your mobility and confidence grow.

This journey is built on partnership between you, your surgeon, and our team. By working together, we can create a prosthetic solution that supports not only how you move today, but where you want to go next.
